My Monday morning class is without question the best hour of my week! Shannon and Tim are both excellent instructors (plus the music they play is amazing). My flexibility and core strength has improved massively and I'm still learning new poses, even after going every week for two years! Highly recommend.
Beautiful, homely studio run by husband and wife team Shannon and Tim. The option of yoga on their decking overlooking the fields and the Thames makes this place a gem! Well managed and maintained studio with enthusiastic, knowledgeable teachers.
