Good

Nice green area.

There's not much to it to be honestAlso very overgrown with briars and people clearly let their dogs use it as a toilet without picking upThe village and surroundings are picturesque though...very Midsummer murders!

A short walk from Cookham Dean village Hall (war memorial opposite) or from Sanctum in the Green pub. The lanes you can walk down to access this are narrow, you can drive down them but you would need to park elsewhere and walk to it. I walked from Cookham town centre and it took 40 minutes. Go down Cookham Dean Bottom and onto the next lane, Kings lane (although I didn't see it signposted). There is a National Trust signpost at the entrance, it's quite easy to find. Very large high chalk exposure and you can get really close (please take care if you do - falling rocks are a constant risk, a hard hat is advised). Easy to get to and definitely worth a look on a nice day!
