Every time I have been to this practice I have always received excellent service. The dentists are very friendly and don't make you feel guilty if its been a while since your last check up (oops) whilst being knowledgeable and professional. There is plenty of parking and seating. It can sometimes be tricky getting through on the phone although since they have implemented the online booking system this has made booking an appointment much easier and hopefully freed up the phone line slightly.
When ever u ring for an appointment the reception never answer and finally when they do they say there busy .Its happened every time Ive rang since joining . Ive also been sat there waiting to see dentist when the the phone is ringing constant but gets ignored .... absolutely Unprofessional
