Our family has been visiting this practice for many years and none of us have ever encountered anything other than the highest standard of care. From the warm welcome by Michelle at reception, to the continuous and excellent attention from both hygienist Diane and dentist Pav.
Highly recommend Rachel as a hygienist. Very thorough (but gentle!) and gives advice without preaching. She has been my hygienist for years - wouldn't think of changing.
Extremely pleased with both the Dentist & Hygienist that I see at St Anne's House and am always given enough time on my visit and never rushed. I feel both are very thorough, caring & understanding. Lovely Office Manager and Reception ladies too.
When I arrived two ladies on reception carried on their private conversation whilst I stood waiting. The treatment was fine and eventually my future appointments were sorted. Hygienist excellent .
The team on Reception are always very welcoming, which you need if you're a little uptight about what's ahead! The treatment process itself is always first class with helpful explanations given ahead of each part. Dr Paul is clearly an expert in his field and his support staff are always very efficient. Finally, there is usually a call a day later to check your well-being. Luckily I have never needed to feedback anything other than a 'yes'. Great after-care.I would always recommend this practice without hesitation.
